يلتزم ولي الأمر بسداد الرسوم الدراسية وفقاً للآتي
١- يتم دفع الدفعة الأولى من الرسوم الدراسية عند التسجيل
٢- يتم دفع الدفعة الثانية قبل بداية الفصل الدراسي الأول
٣- يتم دفع الدفعة الثالثة قبل بداية الفصل الدراسي الثاني
٤- يتم دفع الدفعة الرابعة قبل بداية الفصل الدراسي الثالث
The guardian is obligated to pay the tuition fees according to the following
1- The first installment of tuition fees is paid upon registration
2- The second installment is paid before the beginning of the first semester
3- The third installment is paid before the beginning of the second semester
4- The fourth installment is paid before the beginning of the third semester
يبدأ القبول و التسجيل للمستجدين و المستجدات من الآن و يستمر حتى بدء العام الدراسي التالي بأسبوعين لمن يستوفي الشروط وهي كما يلي
– توفر مقعد شاغر
– مقابلة مع الطالب و ولي الأمر
– استكمال المستندات المطلوبة
التوقيع على اتفاقية تسديد الرسوم الدراسية، مع التنويه على أن عدم التوقيع على هذه الاتفاقية لا يعفي ولي الأمر من التزامه بما ورد فيها، حيث إن تسديد ولي الأمر للرسوم الدراسية و انتظام الابن/الابنة في الدراسة يعدٌ بمثابة الموافقة الضمنية على بنود الاتفاقية

– في حال الانسحاب خلال الاسبوع الأول من فصل الدراسي الأول يمكن لولي الأمر طلب استرداد مبلغ الدفعة الأولى و الثانية، و تعتبر الدفعة الأولى و الثانية غير مستردة بعد انتهاء الأسبوع الأول من الفصل الأول
– في حال الانسحاب خلال الأسبوع الأول من فصل الدراسي الثاني فسيتم خصم ٥٠٪ من مبلغ الدفعة الثالثة، و تعتبر الدفعة الثالة غير مستردة بعد انتهاء الأسبوع الأول من الفصل الثاني.
– في حال الانسحاب خلال الأسبوع الأول من فصل الدراسي الثالث سيتم خصم ٥٠٪ من مبلغ الدفعة الرابعة، و تعتبر الدفعة الرابعة غير مستردة بعد انتهاء الأسبوع الأول من الفصل الثالث
